Chop House Burger is our elevated take on the classic American burger joint—built on quality, craftsmanship, and comfort that hits every time. We start with certified Angus beef and treat the burger like the main event: thoughtfully seasoned, expertly cooked, and stacked with purpose. Every build is paired with locally sourced produce and served on artisan-baked breads chosen for the perfect bite—soft, structured, and made to hold up from first bite to last. Add in a carefully selected lineup of local beers, and you get something familiar, refined, and unmistakably satisfying: the burger done right.
Our story began in Downtown Dallas at Dallas Chop House, a beloved steakhouse where one menu item quietly became a legend. Simply called the Chop House Burger, it quickly earned a devoted following—so much so that guests would come in for steaks and end up talking about the burger. Word spread fast, and soon it was one of the most talked-about items on the menu. That momentum sparked an idea: what if this burger had a home of its own?
In 2010, that idea became Chop House Burger—a restaurant created to bring steakhouse-level standards to the burger experience. From the ingredients we source to the way we build every burger, we’ve stayed true to what made the original a standout: bold flavor, premium quality, and a no-shortcuts approach.
